Last year the Young DJ Academy ran a youth arts festival with Donnycarney Youth Project, Corduff Community Youth Project and Tyrellstown Youth Project. 52 young people participated in workshops covering four art forms. Grafitti, dance, rap and drama. The entire festival was documented by young people using video and photographs.

After a short break from services the Young DJ Academy returns this week with a guest appearance from DJ Rasrob at the Big Bang Festival on Sunday July 26th from 6:30pm. The event is taking place in Meeting House Square in Dublins famous Temple Bar. Over 100 percussionists will be perfroming over two hours.
